Privacy policy

The plugin
Upgravo runs entirely inside your WordPress installation. It makes no external requests of any kind: it does not phone home, does not send your code, your site address, your email or any usage data anywhere, and does not load anything from third-party servers. The results of a scan are stored in your own WordPress database (options prefixed phpready_) and are removed when you delete the plugin.
Plugin updates, ratings and download counts are handled by WordPress.org under its own privacy policy.
This website
phpready.com is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts or fonts, and has no forms. A small script on this same server counts how many times the plugin is downloaded and the pages are viewed: it stores only a number per day, with no IP address, browser identification or any other data about you. The hosting provider keeps standard web server access logs (IP address, requested page, browser identification, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting, as every hosting provider does; they are not used for anything else.
Pro version
Purchases of Upgravo Pro are processed by Freemius, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles VAT and refunds, and delivers the download and the license key. During checkout Freemius collects what it needs for that (name, email address, billing country and address, payment method) under its own privacy policy. Card details go to Freemius' payment processors and never pass through this website. The author receives your name, email address and the license details, which are used only to provide updates and support.
The Pro plugin includes the Freemius software licensing library. To validate the license and deliver updates it contacts Freemius' servers and sends the license key, your site's address, the WordPress, PHP and plugin versions, and whether the plugin is active. That is required for the license to work. Freemius also offers optional usage tracking (opt-in on the activation screen, off by default); if you decline it, nothing beyond the licensing data above is sent. The scan itself still runs entirely on your server, and no scan results or code leave your site.
